FIBERMART Polarization Maintaining Optical Switch (PM Fiber Switches) is a passive component possessing two or more ports that selectively transmits, redirects or blocks optical signals from a given input port to a given output port in an optical fiber transmission line. Fibermart’s polarization maintaining (PM) fiber switches are fabricated from PM panda fibers and high-quality connectors that are compatible with industry standards. They are able to maintain a well-defined state of polarization (SOP) of the light.

The 1x64 pm1550 optic switch is just what we need, come with fc connector, USB control port with software supported, we tested the unit for insertion loss and pm ER value, they are 0.3~0.7dB and 20dB above, both working fine with our need, thanks for your good works, easy to use, simple ordering!

Everything tested as good as we want, super low insertion loss and low cross talk, we will come back fibermart to get multi-chancel optic switches if we have the need.

It is USB type Polarization Maintaining 1x64 optic switch, which can be control and analyze by PC software, PM1550 fiber in FC connector which support our testing need, very nice quality and ER values, great!

After 3 weeks lead time, we received this 1x64 PM1550 optical switch from fibermart, it works great with USB software control provided by fibermart, the fc port connected with short switching time and low fiber loss, the pm fiber 1550nm comes with good condition, everything was fine and well built!
