Copper Patch Panel Solution

Copper patch panel or patch bay is an electrical panel with numerous sockets into which electrical cords can be plugged to form temporary circuits, widely seen in many offices and technology centres. Fundamentally it houses cable connections and in the majority of cases is rack mounted. Copper patch panel is typically two sided, the front predominantly houses shorter cable connections whilst the rear has longer wires. This setup is used because it allows the technician to perform temporary alterations to connections at the front while the rear connections remain permanent. This functionality allows for easy and convenient interconnecting, monitoring and circuit testing.

Cat6 & Cat6A Patch Panels

Fiber-Mart Cat6 & Cat6A patch panels are designed to fit standard 19" racks, wall brackets and enclosures. Our Cat6 & Cat6A patch panels with vertical, UTP (Unshielded Twisted Paired), FTP, unshielded, shielded, angled, hinged, wall mount type options, 8/24/48/96 entry ports, all are with high quality at good prices. They provide flexible, multi-purpose RJ45 connections for copper networking applications.

Cat5e Patch Panels

The Cat5e patch panels are used for high speed LAN transmission rates of up to 1 Gigabit and meet EIA/TIA 568A Category 5E Enhanced specifications. Our CAT5e patch panels include UTP, unshielded UTP, shielded FTP, wall mount types, available sizes ranging from mini-12 ports to 96 ports. Using our patch panels allow you to hard wire all of you network and phone systems once, then simply plug all of your other hardware into the panel for connectivity.

Cat5e patch panels feature universal T568A/T568B wiring and compliant pin technology enabling the use of multi-pair 110 punch-down tools to reduce termination time. These network patch panels also include rear cable manager, designation labels, icon/label holders, cable ties and mounting hardware for efficient cable management.

Patch Panel Kits

Fiber-Mart patch panel kits provide the ability to field configure your own patch panels. Kits are available to support keystone jacks or keystone modules for UTP, fiber optic or audio/video applications. Mount to standard TIA/EIA 19" rack or 23" racks with optional extender bracket, kits include patch panel and strain relief bar.

Custom Patch Panels

Fiber-Mart builds custom patch panels to customer specifications, with ports for all types of connectors, including coax, telecommunication, and fiber optic. Panel features include 1U to 4U (or larger) height, standard or high-density port spacing, and custom screening or labeling. Blank panels, right-angle brackets, and lashing bars are also available.
