We ordered a 1x4 PM splitter at 1310nm, also in comparison with more expensive suppliers. Inhouse we could measure the IL and it was actually for all ports around 6.9 dB. So even lower than the test report (~7.1dB). The ER was not measured accurately, but having an fast axis blocking isolator after the 1x4 splitter did not show lower transmission. This indicates that the ER should be in a good range.
